Facilities throughout Washington and Multnomah counties offer a variety of individualized and strength-based services including residential placements with varying levels of structure, outpatient case management, supported employment, homeless outreach, state licensed dual diagnosis drug and alcohol treatment, cognitive and creative therapy and other activities that empower and support clients. Based on a recovery model, our approach is always client centered and responsive to the changing needs of the community and our clients.
